Cleaning of vehicles, especially vehicle roofs, very often involves working at height. Using unsuitable equipment coupled with excess water can easily create a slip hazard. Also, using pressure hoses for cleaning can create excessive movement if using traditional step ladders again making it a very hazardous task.
