As we get used to our new normal, we found that our staff really did struggle with their gyms being closed for so long.
The solution was to make space at our Guildford HQ for some free weights, bench, exercise mat and ball, and it seems to have done the trick!
With sanity intact we are now seeing better results in body, mind and order book.
