Train Maintenance Access Platforms

A huge part of our business is devoted to the rail industry in the UK and overseas. This includes the USA, Rumania, Croatia, Thailand and Australia, and we are asked continually to return when new projects arise or if there is a replacement programme.

The images show our equipment that has been in use for some years and taken whilst surveying for a new fixed roof gantry to aid the safe removal of HVAC units on a Desiro fleet for a UK train operating company.

The images show a mobile train door access platform, and a profiled front of train platform that sits on the rail head and is lifted into place using a forklift truck via the built-in fork sockets.

It is always nice to see our equipment in constant use and keeping the workforce safe as can be seen.
