As an aid to provide clear instruction on our lower cost items that are often purchased over the telephone we are now able to send a video link showing a video presentation of unpacking, set-up and operation, a fantastic tool that is very precise and clear, produced by our colleagues at Genie in Seattle, our cousins over the pond may deviate from the 'Queens English' but our common language prevails, offering excellent instruction.
