Conveyor System Walkways and Platforms

We have for some time been designing and suppling walkways and platforms for one the world’s largest manufacturers of men’s grooming products, a true global giant, with a huge manufacturing base in two key locations in the UK, east and west of London.

The images show the most recently installed, note the ‘high vis’ handrails, this so that the they stand out, as they can easily get lost amongst the largely silver and grey environment of the production system, so that the operators can easily see the nearest crossover point, and affectively save time, an idea developed by Working At Height Limited.

Each platform is fitted with one or a number of debris trays that prevent contaminates from finding their way onto the products, these are designed to slide in and out with ease, and be emptied and cleaned on regular basis.
